A consumer shall be able to produce refund requests within 30 days from the date of purchase.The following Return Conditions permit for a reimbursement:

The money return policy is really simple and convenient. If all of the following conditions are met, the refund request shall be initiated immediately:

  • You have to buy the tool from EmailBakup or our registered re-sellers.
  • If licensed version features isn't similar to the trial version feature
  • If our technical support supervisor is unable to help you address the program problem even though our technical support staff has been contacted.

If following scenarios are met, the repayment request remains invalid:

  • An unexplained update or contact time lag
  • The essential prerequisite to run the application cannot be fulfilled by your framework
  • Email is marked as a spam by the email application used by the client
  • When the activation email is rebounded because of anonymous reasons
  • The application has been used, and you no longer require it.
  • Unintentionally purchased, and now wants to delete it.
  • The software is not compatible with operating system
  • Where the issuance of licenses is postponed due to the weekend

No liability for the misinterpretation of the customer's data as part of the software promotion The repayment operation is only finalized when we get an email with a "Letter of Destruction" signed by a customer. This letter of destruction is written document that the software is completely destroyed from all devices wherevr installed. Customer is also liable for physical inspection within 1 year of purchase. After the demanding for a refund, proof of the software in the customer environment is entitled to a prosecution.
