Note : To begin the process to backup from Mail server, it is mandatory to login using your email account credentials ( We do not save your credentials in our database)

Download Emails Locally on system

To achieve this, the Mail Backup Software have two different backup mode that enables to retain the email messages from an Mail Account locally to your systems in different file Formats :

• Email File : This enables to backup a local copy of emails in PST , EML & MBOX File Formats. These file formats cat be utilized in desktop based email programs such as Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, eM Client & many more.
• Document File : This enables to save & download a local copy of emails in PDF , HTML, CSV & TEXT file format which are accessible with its supports applications such as PDF in Adobe PDF Reader etc.

• Enter Valid Email Address & Password

Automatic Recognition of Incoming Mail Address

After entering the valid email address & password of the account you need to perform backup of emails from server , Under Advanced Settings , you may either manually enter the Port Number or simply click on the button “Find” button & the Email Backup Software can automatically recognize Incoming Mail Server Address(IMAP) Settings as per your email domain

Add & Manage Multiple Configured Accounts

Select Time Scope for Backup
